Pumpkin Patch Daycare is a daycare located in a renovated home.
Job Description:
Pumpkin Patch Daycare is looking for a per diem handyman. This position requires the candidate to come to the center at minimum twice a month.
We are looking for a handyman who can handle basic household tasks and some light construction work.
This a per diem position and hours are based on when we need things fixed/replaced at the center.
This is a great job for someone who would like to make their own hours our work around an existing schedule.
Duties:
Some duties include,
• Changing light bulbs
• Putting together furniture
• Maintaining classroom furniture
• Fixing up basic household issues such as putting in air conditioning units or touching up paint
Requirements:
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• This is a daycare, so being respectable, dress appropriately and being comfortable around children if they are in the center is a must.
• Must be able to adhere to our monthly maintenance check list and make sure the tasks on it are completed in a timely manner.
• Must pass a background check.
