Job Description (Restaurant Team Member)
Job Title: Restaurant Team Member
Purpose of the Role: To be the face for customers, ensuring they receive a hot, made-to-order meal, or to work on the makeline, preparing food for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring customers receive hot, made-to-order meals.
• Preparing food on the makeline.
• Being a team player.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• A great attitude.
• A desire to be part of a team.
• Minimum age of 16 years old (Note: Must be 18 if aspiring to be a Delivery Driver).
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends, as these are very busy periods.
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
