Job Description
• Role: Trash Butler Team Member
• Responsibilities:
• Complete nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection on service evenings.
• Use provided trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
• Utilize the company’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash to the designated dumpster/chute using an open-bed pickup truck or cart.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Adhere to the company’s core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Requirements:
• Lift up to 25 lbs and use hands/arms repetitively.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if truck is required).
• Have a smartphone for using the company’s app.
• Be self-motivated and reliable.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Schedule:
• Available Sunday through Thursday evenings.
• Work from 8:00 PM (sharp) until finished (approximately 2-3 hours on average).
