Job Description: Key Sales Associate (Seasonal Positions Available)
Banter by Piercing Pagoda is actively seeking dynamic, driven, and creative individuals for seasonal Key Sales Associate positions. This role offers a financially rewarding career path for those passionate about sales and customer interaction, contributing to a team that celebrates success and strives for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement: Actively engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and overcome objections.
• Merchandise Presentation: Present merchandise effectively, providing detailed information on features and benefits to customers.
• Service & Financing Options: Offer extended service plans and various financing options to enhance the customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the entire sales team to ensure a superior and cohesive experience for all valued customers.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals consistently.
• Supervisory Support (as needed): May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with various supervisory duties, contributing to store operations.

Preferred Experience:
• One year of experience in sales, retail, and/or jewelry is preferred, but not required. The company provides comprehensive training.
