Job Description: In-Store Shopper

The In-Store Shopper is a pivotal role that connects online shoppers with the quality products they desire. This position requires individuals who take immense pride in their work, are meticulous in their selections, and are adaptable to the dynamic retail environment.

Core Responsibilities:
Product Selection: Act as the “best of the best” selector, carefully choosing items for online customer orders, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction.
Substitution Management: Quickly assess and determine appropriate substitute products when original items are unavailable, demonstrating speed and good judgment.
Customer Support: Assist not only online customers by fulfilling their orders but also provide support to in-store customers as needed.
Departmental Flexibility: When online order volumes are low, contribute to other departments within the store, gaining additional experience and fostering learning and growth opportunities across the business.
