Job Description:
This is an internship opportunity with MCRT Construction Operations, a division of Mill Creek Residential. The goal is to educate students and graduates seeking careers in real estate development with a focus on construction, and provide them with experience and exposure to the skills needed for success in the field.
Key Aspects of the Internship:
• Varied Opportunities: Internship roles will vary depending on the candidate’s background and interests.
• Supervision and Guidance: Interns will work under the supervision of experienced MCRT field and office personnel.
• Supporting Roles: Interns may assist with various tasks, including:
• Supporting field supervisors in day-to-day site activities and subcontractor management.
• Working with project engineers, managers, and estimators on budgeting, cost forecasting, contracting, material purchasing, design information processing, and project reporting.
• Assisting project coordinators and billing managers with contract processing, purchase orders, billing, and construction loan payment requests.
Requirements:
• Current or recent enrollment in an educational program with a focus on real estate development, construction management and support services, architecture, or applicable engineering and software management fields.
