Role Overview:
We are excited to offer a non-paid internship for an aspiring HR Assistant. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about human resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic e-commerce environment. Interns will work closely with our HR team, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
• Location: Fully Remote
• Duration: 3 months
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, from posting job ads to organizing resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new hires, including the preparation of employee handbooks, orientation materials, and welcome packages.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual team-building events and wellness programs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist in managing HR databases.
• Provide administrative support for HR-related inquiries and correspondence.
• Participate in HR projects, such as research on best practices and benchmarking studies.
Qualifications:
• A keen interest in Human Resources, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with HR software and digital tools is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
