Job Description:
This is a Sales Intern role. The intern will:
• Assist the sales team in developing strategies to increase client acquisition.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and support materials.
• Engage with customers through direct outreach and follow-ups (customer engagement).
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
• Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Support the organization of promotional events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with team members to refine sales pitches and outreach efforts (team collaboration).
• Assist in preparing and sending proposals to potential clients.
• Help analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights.
• Learn and understand the company’s products and services extensively.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (customer service).
• Assist in managing and nurturing leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
