Intern Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Branch Job Description: This role involves welcoming customers, assisting them with digital needs, and directing them to the appropriate area within the branch.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome every customer upon arrival.
• Assist customers with their digital banking needs.
• Guide customers to the appropriate service area within the branch.
