This is a paid internship opportunity with TEP’s Alumni Engagement Team, specifically focused on planning and executing the 2025 Alumni Reunion. The intern will gain practical experience in event logistics, digital communication, and outreach strategies while reconnecting with the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the 2025 Alumni Reunion.
• Develop outreach strategies and manage event logistics.
• Design event themes, materials, and social media content using Canva and other digital tools.
• Manage RSVP outreach and communications through various channels like Instagram, TikTok, email, and phone calls.
• Recruit TEP alumni and volunteers to support the event.
• Assist with special projects, such as high school placement initiatives.
