The intern will gain practical experience in event logistics, digital communication, and outreach strategies while reconnecting with the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the 2025 Alumni Reunion.
• Develop outreach strategies and manage event logistics.
• Design event themes, materials, and social media content using Canva and other digital tools.
• Manage RSVP outreach and communications through various channels like Instagram, TikTok, email, and phone calls.
• Recruit TEP alumni and volunteers to support the event.
• Assist with special projects, such as high school placement initiatives.
