Job Description: Paid Educational Student Internship
Mayo Clinic in Arizona is seeking high school and college interns for Paid Educational Student Internship opportunities. Interns will work on a specific project that will provide a challenging learning opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will vary based upon your course of study and the business unit to which you are assigned. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Details:
• Location: Phoenix or Scottsdale campus (location may vary)
• Duration: Temporary position with a 6-month duration. Each internship project has a maximum time period of one year.
• Interns must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
Qualifications:
• 2.5 Cumulative GPA.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the entire duration of the internship.
• Currently registered in school as a full-time student.
• Compensation will be a fixed rate based upon the Intern’s education level, i.e., HS Student, Undergraduate, Graduate.
• Prior research and/or health care experience preferred.
• Prior internship experience preferred.
