Job Description:
This position, located at the Pharmacy (Store Code: GC – Pharmacy (1036808)) at 1250 Cocoa Avenue, Hershey, PA, focuses on providing excellent customer service and handling telephone inquiries. The primary purpose of this job is to help customers and answer telephone calls.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promptly review the work schedule at the start of each shift.
• Help customers at the counter, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Answer and assist with telephone calls, providing information and directing calls as necessary.
• Verify the identification of customers for products when required to comply with regulations.
