This posting is for an Internship with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). The internship is designed to help student-athletes explore their career paths and calling while gaining exposure to various aspects of ministry within the FCA organization.

• Volunteer Status: Interns are considered collegiate volunteers, *not employees*, and do not receive hourly wages or compensation for their work.

Ministerial Duties:
The internship has a strong emphasis on spiritual leadership and faith-based service. Interns are expected to:
• Agree with and abide by FCA’s Christian Community Statement.
• Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study.
• Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.
• Connect to and participate in a local church.
• Conduct themselves in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA’s Christian beliefs at all times.
