Job Description: Associate Project Manager
BrightView is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join their team and assist with the construction management of large-scale site development projects.
Responsibilities:
• Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates.
• Review take-offs with the estimating team.
• Manage document control including change orders, billings, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract administration.
• Prepare reports and information as requested.
• Coordinate between the branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team, and branch management on a regular basis.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors, and employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times.
Qualifications:
• B.A in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry with field/build experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
