The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Operations team as an Intern. This program offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, including gaining experience in marketing tech stacks, database operations, outbound programs, and lead funnel management.
Responsibilities
• Assist with segmentation projects
• Audit and clean customer and prospect data in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
• Identify and merge duplicate records
• Audit lead and contact layouts and adjust to improve UX
• Audit of enrichment flows to increase data coverage
• Support Marketing in pulling target account and contact lists to target for Outbound programs
• Analyze outbound program success (response rates, meetings booked, pipeline creation)
• Help build and manage outbound cadences in Outreach
• Organize and audit sales sequences
General Responsibilities
• In-office attendance four (4) days per week during the duration of the internship.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the marketing and sales org.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their functions and contribute to their goals.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
