About the Company:
Equity Hammer is the holding company for Entrepreneur’s Apprentice, based in Utah. They provide remote consulting and matchmaking services to entrepreneurs. Their primary mission is to connect experienced entrepreneurs with promising individuals to foster growth and expansion for both parties. They aim to essentially “clone” busy entrepreneurs by providing them with skilled assistants who can expand their bandwidth and help young entrepreneurs gain valuable experience.
About the Job:
Equity Hammer is seeking a remote contract Entrepreneur’s Sales Apprentice to learn the ins and outs of building a business directly from successful entrepreneur Will Christensen. You’ll be guided weekly on constructing a business from the ground up, with opportunities to participate in paid projects, and possibly receive equity options in certain ventures.
A significant portion of the initial 3-6 months will involve heavy sales work. This is *not• intended to be a permanent sales role, but rather a hands-on experience to understand business development and learn how to generate leads and drive sales from scratch, with guidance and training provided.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Participating in day-to-day sales activities.
• Learning about sales strategies and customer interactions.
• Assisting in sales campaigns to support the growth of startup clients.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and business.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or an entrepreneurial-related field.
• Willingness to learn Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills.
