About The Role: YouTube Intern
As a YouTube Intern, you will play a crucial role in spreading CourseCareers’ message and helping individuals discover alternative, debt-free paths to career success. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in creating profitable partnerships with YouTube creators. This involves contributing to various aspects of the video creation process, including:
• Researching and identifying relevant content creators on YouTube.
• Brainstorming video ideas with high viral potential.
• Writing engaging video scripts.
• Overseeing the video development process, from editing to thumbnail creation.
• Assisting in managing the entire lifecycle of creator partnerships, including initial meetings, contract negotiations, video production, and payment processing.
Key responsibilities include:
• Research and identify content creators on YouTube
• Come up with video ideas that have the potential to go viral
• Write video scripts for YouTube
• Oversee the development of YouTube videos, including editing and thumbnails
• Assist in managing the entire lifecycle of creator partnerships from the initial meeting to signing contracts, video creation, and payments
Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of the YouTube platform and current trends
• Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite and manage the content creation process
• Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment
• Experience creating content on YouTube is a plus, but not required
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
• Must not currently be enrolled in college
• On an endless pursuit to achieve greatness
Compensation:
• $15-18/hr
• Three-month internship with the possibility of a permanent role depending on performance
