Job Description:
Lotus and Luna is seeking an E-commerce Intern to join their team in their San Diego office. This role will focus on optimizing their website (www.lotusandluna.com) and Amazon site for content, conversion, and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring website is visually appealing:
• Participating in E-commerce Meetings to flag any new or old products that need to be made for the week and future.
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Production teams for new product launches.
• Ensuring high-quality photos are available for promotions and launches (homepage banners, collection banners, etc.).
• Managing Product SKUs on Shopify:
• Creating product listings for new products.
• Ensuring featured listings in marketing are up to date with relevant information.
• Merchandising featured collections from Home Page and Marketing emails.
• Updating outdated product listings with correct product information and improving copy with SEO keywords.
• Working with the Inventory Manager to flag products that have been created for inventory syncing.
• Creating upsells and cross-sells based on top sellers:
• Creating upsells and cross-sells based on Top 50 Data and well-performing ads.
• Launching new products will have upsells and cross-sells accordingly.
• Analyzing data to adjust upsells and cross-sells weekly.
• Amazon Product Creation:
• Creating new SKUs on Amazon.
• Monitoring sales.
• Working with the Inventory team to replenish inventory as needed.
