Job Description:
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of company computers through maintenance and administration. Key responsibilities include:
• Promptly resolving computer issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Installing software applications.
• Configuring computers:
• Setting up new computers with appropriate software and system configuration.
• Re-configuring computers for new uses / new users.
What the company is looking for:
• Required Education: High School Diploma
• Preferred Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in progress
• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Required Experience:
• Experience with Windows computer administration
• Experience in a customer service role
