Job Description: Brokerage Intern
The Brokerage Intern works as part of a team to support commercial real estate brokers with their daily property ownership research needs and data entry needs.
Essential Functions:
• Update and maintain listings in company database, KM Connect.
• Update and maintain team database, REA.
• Assist brokers with research requests through CoStar, LoopNet, LandVision as well as other online resources.
• Create, edit, and maintain brokers Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, mailings and other administrative assignments.
