Job Description:
Lensa is advertising a Private Equity Business Development Internship with K1 in Manhattan Beach, CA. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in identifying promising investment opportunities and understanding the fundamentals of private equity business analysis.
Key responsibilities of the intern include:
• Supporting and shadowing day-to-day Business Development operations.
• Working within proprietary systems to assist with data uploading and cleanliness.
• Shadowing calls with management and assisting in company analysis.
• Participating in direct outreach to target companies.
• Supporting current team members in various responsibilities, as assigned.
The ideal candidate should:
• Be a current Sophomore-level standing from all majors(rising Senior during Summer 2026).
• Possess high intellectual curiosity and strong people skills.
• Be a self-starter, ambitious, and team-oriented.
• Have exemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal and written).
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a positive attitude.
• Preferred(first generation college students are encouraged to apply).

Compensation:
