Job Description: Sales Rep MOD
The Sales Rep MOD is responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can negotiate contracts, understand customer needs, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and customer objectives.
• Negotiate favorable contract terms.
• Analyze customer needs and secure business through company products and services.
• Maintain favorable client relationships and address customer complaints.
• Prepare estimates for company products.
• Maintain customer information and files.
• Work with building management on maintenance agreements and system updates.
• Source, analyze, and apply competitive data.
• Communicate necessary information to customers and internal operations.
• Retain and grow customer base.
• Manage accounts receivable for assigned accounts.
• Develop negotiating strategies.
• Understand financial goals and expectations.
• Participate in company professional development.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
• Experience: 5-7 years of technical Business-to-Business sales preferred.
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite software, Lotus Notes, SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Good conflict resolution skills.
