IPS

IPS collaborates with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to offer the SkillBridge Health, Safety, and Environmental Fellowship Program. This program provides transitioning service members, within 180 days of separation, a valuable opportunity to gain civilian work experience. IPS is committed to fostering veteran talent, providing career pathways that align with the unique skills of service members, and facilitating a smooth transition to civilian employment. Through this fellowship, participants will gain a full understanding of the responsibilities of the job position described below, positioning them for successful post-military careers. Upon successful completion of the program, we aim to bring on every fellow as a full-time employee.
