Job Description:

This is an internship opportunity at Keystone Sports designed to provide students with practical experience in the international sports business. As an intern, you’ll be an active participant in the company’s operations, contributing to various aspects of athlete recruitment and support.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Initial Contact: Assisting with initial communication with interested athletes and parents.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Conducting guided and independent lead generation and qualification of potential athletes.
• CRM Management: Maintaining and managing leads within the CRM system.
• Event Participation: Collaborating in information events and webinars.
• Market Research: Conducting research and market analysis in the area of college recruiting.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and consulting team.
• Social Media Support: Assisting with acquisition through social media channels.
• Cross-Departmental Exposure: Gaining insights and supporting other departments, such as marketing and events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Sports Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with social media is a plus.
• Independent, responsible, and structured work ethic.
• Team player with motivation and a desire to learn in an international environment.
