Job Description
Carrum is seeking interns to play a critical role in their success and embody their company mission and values. The internship program runs from July to August 18, 2025, and is open to recent graduates from an undergraduate institution or pre-graduate school candidates. The internship is remote and offers a stipend of $6,000.00 paid in semi-monthly installments. While remote candidates are welcome, there is a strong preference for candidates based in Kentucky.
As an intern, you will:
• Learn about provider marketing and sales strategies by partnering with business unit GMs and the Provider BD team to communicate Carrum’s value proposition.
• Gain hands-on experience in sales, pipeline management, and business development by interacting with key stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and keep all stakeholders informed on progress updates.
• Monitor, report on, and analyze the impact of key utilization-driving initiatives.
• Set up new processes and present your proposed processes to a cross-functional team.
• Get exposure to managers and leaders with excellence in business acumen.
• Work with dedicated managers and knowledgeable peer mentors.
• Network and build relationships within the organization.
• Participate in all events available to employees.
