About the Job:

Prollenium is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Director of Learning & Development to lead the design and execution of innovative training programs that elevate the sales team and enhance both customer and patient experiences. This role encompasses the full learning journey—from onboarding to career development—and requires close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to drive performance and growth.

The Director will be responsible for:

• Creating and executing a comprehensive learning & development strategy, covering onboarding through career advancement.
• Working cross-functionally to leverage Prollenium’s key pillars: Sales/Business Model, Marketing, and Clinical Education/Training (PACE).
• Supporting the Sales Leadership team to ensure new and existing team members possess the proper aptitude regarding the three pillars and their features & benefits.
• Partnering with Sales & Marketing Leadership to develop content plans for National/Regional Sales Meetings.
• Attending educational events and external conferences to stay current with market trends and identify team development opportunities.
• Managing the Learning & Development budget and negotiating contracts with outsourced vendors.
• (Re)designing and delivering new hire curriculum/training modules.
• Conducting field rides with sales representatives and creating field coaching guides for Area Sales Directors.
• Ensuring existing resources (CRM, sales-aids, training modules, sales-analytics tools, continued-learning assets, etc.) are properly constructed and leveraged.
• Facilitating trainings or webinars for sales team on all available platforms (i.e Salesforce, Showpad, EE Advocacy, etc.) and their implementation in daily sales activities.
• Working closely with VP’s of Sales & Marketing and communicating the needs of the Learning & Development area as they relate to Sales team effectiveness.
• Creating a strategic and annual Learning & Development ‘Business’ Plan and submit and review with Leadership.
• Devising and communicating all competitive selling advantages for the Revanesse portfolio.
• Creating and distributing updated learning assessments (exams) for all learning modules and their subject-matter.
• Ensuring adherence to all Legal & Regulatory guidelines in every departmental activity.
• Liaising with Medical Affairs, including certified P.A.C.E. trainers, for educational planning and content development for field sales managers.
