• Title: CRM & Marketing Systems Intern (Unpaid)

• Summary: This internship offers the opportunity to directly contribute to building the CRM and marketing systems for a fast-growing healthcare tech startup. The intern will gain hands-on experience with CRM customization, funnel creation, automated campaign launch, outbound support, and internal workflow organization.
Responsibilities:
• Building and customizing CRM (GoHighLevel): Designing and implementing solutions using the GoHighLevel CRM platform.
• Creating sales and nurture funnels: Designing and implementing sales and marketing funnels within the CRM.
• Launching automated campaigns (SMS, email, forms): Setting up and deploying automated marketing campaigns using various channels.
• Supporting outbound email/call sequences: Providing support for outbound marketing efforts, including email and call sequences.
• Making light outbound calls to test messaging: Conducting outbound calls to test and refine marketing messaging.
• Organizing internal workflows: Optimizing and organizing internal processes using the CRM.
• Optionally supporting social (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB): Providing support for social media activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Requirements/Ideal Candidate:
• Education: 2nd or 3rd-year student in Marketing, Business, or Tech
• Skills:
• Curiosity about automation, CRM tools, and outbound systems
