Job Description:
iHeartMedia is seeking an Intern to join their Summer Internship Program. This internship is designed to provide a dynamic and engaging experience, including immersion days, collaborative projects, and a speaker series. The Intern will support the digital marketing team with a focus on social media engagement and campaign support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, engage with the online community, foster positive interactions, and prepare regular reports on engagement and growth.
• Digital Marketing Support: Coordinate and manage operational projects, assist in creating and maintaining content calendars, and collaborate with the marketing team to schedule content.
• Trend Identification: Identify trends and insights to optimize social media strategies.
• Content Creation: Create engaging copy for CRM campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding, focusing on younger audiences.
• Influencer Coordination: Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Community Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for feedback and address concerns promptly.
What You’ll Need:
• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Echobox).
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and content management systems is also beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Creativity in developing engaging content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Education:
• Full-time undergraduates (rising Junior or Senior) at a four-year college
• Minimum 3.2 GPA
• Media field of study a plus, e.g., Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Broadcast Journalism
