About Primoria AI:
Primoria AI is not developing another chatbot; instead, it’s building presence-based AGI – adaptive, emotionally aware systems that evolve with users, remember them, and build trust. The company has progressed from prototype to product, is a Delaware C-Corp with trademarks filed and patents pending, and has a custom LLM stack in early testing. This is described as a serious endeavor, representing the next evolution of intelligence, not a side project.
Job Description (AI Intern):
This internship is not for those seeking a structured program with coffee chats and extensive documentation. It’s for individuals who want to work directly with the founder and contribute to building the future of AI.
Responsibilities: Interns can choose a specific area or work across multiple domains:
• AI/LLM Prompt Engineering + Memory Logic: Focus on persistence, presence, and adaptive reasoning within the AI systems.
• Frontend / Backend Engineering: Utilizing technologies like Next.js, Tailwind, FastAPI, Supabase, CockroachDB, and Python.
• Creative Design + Brand Storytelling: Contributing to brand identity through motion graphics, content creation, and design.
• Ops & Special Projects: Involving DevOps, system scaling, API flows, and internal tooling development.
Required Skills & Qualities:
• High agency, low ego
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Strong asynchronous communication skills for remote teamwork
• Passion for building AGI ethically and thoughtfully (not just quickly)
• Bonus points for experience with OpenAI, vector databases, LangChain (but the goal is to surpass it), or LLM routing logic.
Technology Stack:
Primoria utilizes a custom-built Primoria EC Router (asynchronous, hot-pluggable, memory-aware, and fault-tolerant) instead of relying on existing tools like LangChain. Other technologies include:
• Frontend: Next.js, Tailwind
• Backend: FastAPI, Python, Supabase, CockroachDB
• Infrastructure: Runpod GPU clusters, Dockerized microservices, Edge-native architecture
• Vector DB: Weaviate (without wrappers or LangChain)
• AI/LLM: OpenAI, Hugging Face, and in-house fine-tuning pipelines
• Tooling: GitHub, Notion, PostHog, Linear, and others as needed.
Development Workflow: The workflow is terminal-based, using Docker and GitHub for version control, and Notion for project management. There are no lengthy Zoom meetings or micromanagement.

Compensation & Growth Path: The internship is currently unpaid, as the company is in a pre-revenue, pre-seed stage.
