Job Description: Human Resources Intern
This ten-week summer internship (June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025) is based at Tiffany & Co.’s Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY. The Human Resources Intern will provide support to the Americas Corporate HR team, focusing on daily HR operations and a variety of administrative and project-based tasks. The role requires on-site presence in New York City to facilitate collaboration.
Responsibilities:
The internship encompasses a range of duties, including:
• Human Resources Administration: General administrative support such as managing HR forms, tracking data, ordering supplies, imaging, and handling administrative tasks. Assisting with new hire onboarding and scheduling. Providing on-site support (signatures, printing, presentation materials). Supporting HR and DEI communications (distribution lists, updates). Coordinating employee engagement events (liaising with vendors, sourcing materials, managing timelines).
• Employee Engagement Support: Collaborating with Tiffany’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster engagement within the Americas Corporate team. Partnering with the HR team to execute Pride month activities (celebrations, learning resources). Supporting creative project endeavors (engagement invitations, activity preparation, proposal decks).
• Functional Projects: Contributing to key HR functional projects (e.g., planning Q3 and Q4 engagement activities, preparing DEI/ERG initiative decks for executive approval, improving onboarding processes).
Qualifications:
• Required: Strong interest in Human Resources; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Teamwork abilities and a proactive learning attitude; High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Current enrollment in an undergraduate program or recent graduate status.
• Preferred: Prior HR experience (courses, internships, or other work); Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Human Capital Management, or a related field; Rising senior or recent graduate.
Compensation: The internship offers a salary of $25 per hour.
