Job Description: Human Resources Co-op (Fall 2024 & Spring 2025) – Valdosta, GA Paper Mill
This co-op position offers assistance in the overall human resources function at PCA’s Valdosta, GA paper mill, under the guidance of the Human Resources Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR tasks, requiring the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis.

Pay & Benefits:
• Hourly rate based on class standing: $28.00/hr (Seniors), $27.00/hr (Juniors), $26.00/hr (Sophomores), $25.00/hr (Freshmen).
• $1000.00 monthly housing stipend (if living >50 miles from the facility).
• 1.5x pay for hours exceeding 40 per week.
