Job Description: Recruiting Intern (Detailed)

As a Recruiting Intern at Flexi Solutions, you will gain hands-on experience in the entire recruiting process. This is a remote, unpaid internship requiring 10 hours per week, specifically 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. You will be immersed in all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening candidates to identifying top talent and communicating with hiring managers. This role provides foundational skills for a future career in talent acquisition or human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Resume Screening and Review: Assist in reviewing and screening resumes for open positions, identifying qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination: Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Support in maintaining applicant tracking systems and candidate databases, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
Candidate Outreach: Learn and participate in outreach efforts to potential candidates through various channels.
Communication: Communicate professionally with candidates and internal team members via email and virtual meetings.
General Support: Provide general support to the recruiting team as needed, assisting with various administrative tasks.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms relevant to recruiting tasks.

Reliability and Adaptability: Availability during the specified evening hours (Central Time) and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
