Job Description: Intern, Human Resources
This unpaid internship offers the opportunity to gain practical HR experience within AERONES’ global HR team. The role is based in Dallas, TX, and is primarily on-site. The intern will contribute to various aspects of HR, including:
• Employer Branding Initiatives: Helping to develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s image and attract top talent.
• Talent Acquisition: Supporting the full recruitment cycle, from attracting candidates to selecting and engaging them. This includes assistance with attraction, selection, and engagement strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders both domestically and internationally.
• Onboarding Improvement: Contributing to the development and enhancement of onboarding processes for new wind turbine technicians and office-based roles in the US.
