Job Description: Talent Programs Intern

This is a full-time summer internship within the Talent Programs team, offering hands-on HR experience. The intern will support various HR functions, contributing to both internal and external talent initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Talent team to develop and track internal and external talent pipelines.
• Support the Wonderful Education intern experience by organizing feedback surveys, team-building events, and tours.
• Assist with interview coordination, including scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics.
• Support the screening process for job candidates, including resume review and initial outreach.
• Manage filing and organization of various HR documents.
• Serve as a backup receptionist for the main office.
• Assist in coordinating HR-related events, including training sessions and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to process and system improvements to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
• Support pre-employment coordination for incoming new hires.
• Provide general administrative support for the HR team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current sophomore, junior, or senior in college (preferably a Wonderful Scholar).
• Preferred majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work autonomously.
• Energetic and able to tackle new projects and ideas.
• Pay rate: $18.50/hr.
