Job Description: Finance Rotational Program Year-Round Intern Position
This year-round internship is a 4-month rotational program offering exposure to six key finance areas:
1. Credit and Collections & Financial Services
2. Demand Planning & Financial Planning and Analysis
3. Aftermarket & Used Equipment Pricing
4. New Product Development (NPD) & Global Procurement Supply Chain (GPSC)
5. Accounting (General Ledger, Auditing, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable)
6. Cost Accounting
The program aims to build a strong foundation in finance, foster cross-functional understanding, and enhance career mobility. Interns will develop business partnership, acumen, and leadership skills. The program accelerates professional growth and builds a company-wide network, ultimately preparing interns for full-time employment upon graduation. A hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote) is offered, accommodating class schedules. A minimum of 15 hours per week is required during semesters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Each rotation provides opportunities to enhance business partnership, acumen, and leadership. Skills and knowledge will grow with each subsequent rotation, building increasingly complex proficiencies. Upon completion of the two-year program, interns will have significantly accelerated their professional development.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 hours/week availability (flexible based on class schedule).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be a 2nd-semester sophomore or rising junior.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Pay Range: $18.00 – $37.00 (varies based on factors including role scope, experience, education, skills, and pay equity).
