Job Description: Learning & Development Manager
This role is crucial in developing and implementing effective learning programs that support Koddi’s fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the learning strategy within a people-first culture, built on collaboration, ownership, a bias for action, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute L&D Strategy: Create and implement a high-impact learning and development strategy aligned with Koddi’s business objectives. This includes accelerating employee growth, improving management skills, and fostering continuous learning to boost performance.
• Collaborate and Design Learning Pathways: Work with senior leadership, product teams, developers, and client services to design and implement learning pathways that yield tangible business results.
• Manage the Koddi Cohort Program: Own and manage the company’s Cohort program, developing pathways to identify, develop, and accelerate high-potential talent.
• Leverage Learning Technologies: Utilize cutting-edge learning technologies (Workday LMS, Reach 360, Articulate Rise 360) to deliver scalable, data-driven learning solutions that engage employees and produce measurable results. Ensure learning is impactful and accessible globally.
• Lead Complex Projects: Lead and manage complex learning projects, coordinating cross-functional teams for successful execution and strategic alignment. Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Measure and Optimize Program Effectiveness: Continuously measure and optimize program effectiveness using key metrics (employee engagement, completion rates, performance improvements, leadership growth).
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven success in creating and scaling impactful learning programs focused on leadership development, technical upskilling, and improved business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional initiatives with competing deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results on time.
• Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with day-to-day hands-on execution.
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrives in a collaborative, ownership-driven environment, connecting learning outcomes to broader business goals.
• Excellent visual communication skills, tailoring content to diverse audiences for engagement and effectiveness (presentations, e-learning modules, instructional videos).
• Proven experience with LMS and content creation tools (Articulate 360, Canva, Prezi, Camtasia), with a desire to explore and implement new technologies.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, focusing on measuring the impact of learning programs and using data to improve outcomes and business success.
• Experience in a high-growth tech or ad tech environment is highly preferred.
