Job Description: Sales Intern

This is a full-time, paid summer internship for undergraduate college students. The internship offers hands-on experience working with the service sales team in a district office. Interns will gain experience in various areas, including:

Customer Communication: Interacting with clients.
Problem Solving: Addressing challenges in sales and operations.
Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues.
Negotiation Skills: Participating in negotiation processes.

Interns will work on multiple projects to support the existing sales and operations team. The company provides continuous feedback throughout the internship to support the intern’s development.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the sales and operations team with various projects.
• Working in a team environment.
• Developing customer communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a technical field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competitive spirit and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivation, strong organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Prior experience working with external customers is a plus.
