Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a successful career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program offers comprehensive training, including instructor-led interactive sessions and real-world experience engaging with customers ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations.
Key Program Features:
• Monthly Stipend: $1,000 during the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 upon successful completion.

Compensation and Benefits (Effective February 1, 2025):
• Months 1 & 2: Base salary of $57,000.
• Months 3 & 4: Base salary of $48,300 + commission opportunity ($17,000 yearly potential when sales goals are met).

Qualifications:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or sales major/certificate preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Business-related major preferred.
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
