Job Description: B2B Sales Development Program
This is a paid, 4-month sales development program designed to launch a career in B2B sales at AT&T. The program provides instructor-led interactive training and the opportunity to engage with real customers, ranging from small businesses to multinational organizations. Participants will gain experience in:
• Working with advanced technology to solve business problems.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Meeting sales goals.
• Securing new business and managing existing accounts.
The program culminates in placement in an outside sales role within AT&T Business. Participants can select a geographic preference from a list of available markets (specific markets are detailed on the company website’s placement map).
Compensation and Benefits:
• Monthly Stipend: $1,000 during the program.
• Graduation Bonus: $2,000 upon successful completion.
• Relocation Bonuses: May be available in certain circumstances.
• Salary: $57,000 base salary for months 1 and 2. $48,300 base salary for months 3 and 4, plus the opportunity to earn $17,000 in commissions annually by meeting sales goals (effective February 1, 2025).

Requirements:
• Desire to launch a career in sales.
• Related experience with cold calling and/or a sales major/certificate is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (business-related major preferred).
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
