Job Description: Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP)
This is a two-year rotational program within RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center, or the BBN team, starting in June 2025. The program offers challenging assignments across the enterprise, requiring relocation to various U.S. locations approximately every eight months. Candidates unwilling or unable to relocate should explore other RTX career opportunities.
The DLDP provides:
• High-caliber training: Participants receive mentorship and guidance from RTX leaders and current/former LDP participants, fostering a strong professional network.
• Rotational assignments: Roles and responsibilities vary across several disciplines including: Cybersecurity/Risk Management, Data Science/Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure Services, Digital Strategy & Transformation, Software Development, and User Experience Design. Assignments are hands-on and provide opportunities for skill development.
• Geographic diversity: Relocation to different RTX locations across the U.S. broadens business exposure and enhances leadership, functional, and business acumen skills.
Qualifications:
• Required:
• Willingness and ability to relocate anywhere in the U.S.A.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (degree completion between December 2024 and May 30, 2025).
• U.S. Person status (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.
• Relevant internship/co-op or work experience.
• Preferred:
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivation and team orientation; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range is $52,000 – $124,000, but the final offer depends on several factors. Specific benefits vary by business unit and collective bargaining agreements. Incentive compensation programs may also be available.
