Job Description: Brand Management Entertainment (Living Legends) Summer Internship

This summer internship (June-August) within Authentic’s Brand Management Entertainment (Living Legends) team offers hands-on experience in brand management. The team drives the success of Authentic’s entertainment brands globally. The intern will learn the intricacies of maintaining organic growth and market viability through strategic licensing programs.

Responsibilities:

• Completing request forms for new deals and letters of authorization.
• Collaborating with PR to submit newsletter requests for Authentic partners.
• Summarizing new contracts and amendments.
• Contributing ideas for new style guides or supplements for the Creative team.
• Creating outreach decks.
• Participating in product merchandising brainstorming sessions.
• Generating new business opportunities.
• Analyzing the Icons Business.

Must-Haves:

• Current university enrollment.
• Availability for up to 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to work 2 days per week onsite in the NYC office.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
• A process-driven mindset with a focus on streamlining tasks.

Salary: $18/hour for undergraduate students; $22/hour for graduate students.
