Job Description: Summer Internship (HR Support)
This 10-week paid summer internship (June 2nd to August 11th, 2025) offers hands-on experience at Steve Madden. Interns will gain real-world exposure, work on meaningful projects, and get a behind-the-scenes look at how the company creates, markets, and sells fashion trends. The internship is located in Long Island City, Queens. The pay rate is $16.50/hour, and interns are responsible for their own housing and travel. Full-time attendance for the entire 10 weeks is required.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless communication between interns and their managers.
• Monitor intern engagement and collect feedback to improve the internship program.
• Maintain detailed records of intern performance, attendance, and program progress.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on internship program metrics.
• Assist in coordinating internship program schedules, including onboarding, training sessions, and events.
