About the Position: IT Intern
This internship requires working on active commercial construction sites, necessitating the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per company safety policies. Standard hours are up to 40 hours per week, plus potential work-related events.
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and customer service skills, basic technical support skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work independently and as part of a team. They should be working towards a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities:
• Assisting with all phases of the PC lifecycle: setup, deployment, inventory, and removal from service.
• Answering Service Desk calls (based on skill level).
• Contributing to documentation, including knowledge base articles.
• Assisting with software installation and support.
• Participating in other IT projects as needed.
• Potential visits to active construction job sites.
hourly Rate: $22.00
