About Sezzle:

Sezzle is a fintech company focused on financially empowering millennials and Gen Z. Recognizing that many young adults lack credit cards and desirable credit scores, Sezzle provides an interest-free installment payment platform for online purchases. This increases consumer purchasing power, benefiting both consumers and the e-commerce merchants Sezzle partners with by driving sales and larger basket sizes.

About the Product QA Intern Role:

Sezzle seeks a Product QA Intern to contribute to the testing and launch of new features within its mobile application. This hands-on role involves:

Thorough Testing: Testing features pre- and post-launch to ensure functionality and optimal performance.
Bug Reporting: Identifying and reporting bugs with detailed descriptions and proposed solutions to the relevant teams.
UX Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the mobile application’s user experience (UX) based on best practices.
Collaboration: Working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure successful feature launches and contribute to overall product quality.
Learning & Growth: Gaining practical experience in product strategy and quality assurance within a fast-growing fintech environment.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, possess a strong GPA (3.5 or higher), and demonstrate interest in product operations and strategy. Strong analytical and data visualization skills are essential, along with the ability to translate product needs into technical requirements. Experience with qualitative and quantitative customer research methodologies is highly valued.

Preferred skills include familiarity with product management and agile methodologies, data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL), UI/UX principles, design platforms (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD), and agile/kanban tools (Jira, Atlassian suite).
