Hyundai AutoEver America (HAEA) is a complete automotive IT services provider for The Hyundai Motor Group and its affiliates. They are seeking a Technical Recruiter/Sourcing Lead to join their team in Fountain Valley, CA.
Detailed Job Description:
The Technical Recruiter/Sourcing Lead will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, acting as a company ambassador for candidates at all experience levels (internship to senior leadership). Key responsibilities include:
• Full-cycle recruiting: Advertising positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and presenting top candidates.
• Talent acquisition strategy: Identifying, aligning, and executing strategies for sourcing and recruiting in both fast-paced manufacturing and corporate environments.
• Sourcing: Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (ATS, referrals, social media, LinkedIn, etc.), proactively engaging passive candidates, and supporting senior recruiters by identifying talent within the existing ATS.
• Hiring manager partnership: Collaborating closely with hiring managers on recruiting priorities, status updates, talent strategy, candidate presentation, and workforce planning.
• Data management: Maintaining data integrity in the company ATS, utilizing data to evaluate progress, and providing reports to stakeholders.
• External partner management: Serving as the primary contact for external partners (immigration counsel, third-party staffing, university relations, etc.).
• Campus recruiting: Planning and executing on-campus recruiting events for internships.
• Project support: Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager and recruiting team on key projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical and engineering roles (Software Engineering, Systems Administration, Network Engineering, Engineering Leadership, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Disaster Recovery, IT, and Security).
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (JazzHR, ADP, Lever, Workday, or Greenhouse preferred).
• Knowledge of assessing technical talent in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Strong emotional intelligence, organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships and advising leaders on talent/hiring.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative, utilize consultative skills, and build strong relationships.
Pay Rate Range: $69,390 – $99,220
