Job Description: Marketing Operations Intern (Summer Internship)
This 8-week summer internship (June 9th – July 31st) offers a hybrid work model (2 days/week in the NYC office, 2 days/week remote). It provides hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing operations, offering insight into the workflow within a high-functioning marketing department.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Project Management Support: Collaborate with the project management team, utilizing Asana (project management software), to assess and manage incoming marketing requests. This includes communicating with stakeholders and business units to ensure accuracy and completeness of requests.
• Asset Collection & Centralization: Work with business units to gather and consolidate assets required for marketing projects (website and email campaigns).
• Cross-Departmental Project Oversight: Assist in the management and supervision of specific cross-departmental marketing initiatives.
• Website Content Management: Partner with the webmaster to implement website content edits using Drupal CMS.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Learn to extract website engagement data from Google Analytics and contribute to report creation.
Qualifications:
• Experience with project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with marketing project management technologies (Asana experience is a plus).
• Experience with website content management systems (Drupal experience is a plus).
• Ability to extract engagement data using Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
