Job Description: Supply Chain Internship (January 2025 – December 2025)

This 12-month internship offers opportunities to contribute significantly to the business. Projects are matched to the intern’s abilities and current business needs, focusing on areas of strategic and/or operational importance.

Responsibilities may include:

• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for efficiency improvement and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Becoming a process owner, critically reviewing processes, and proactively recommending improvements.
• Using specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately with limited supervision.
• Developing tools and models to enhance tracking and efficiency.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Six Sigma, etc.) and promoting improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with various functions (program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance) to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Supply Chain or Engineering-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous internships preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of results, integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, achieve results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship (F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, and CPT visas are not eligible).

Compensation & Relocation:

• hourly rate: $22.00 – $29.25 (dependent on location and cost of living).
• Relocation stipend: $5,000 (if the student lives 50+ miles from the internship location).

Work Schedule and Environment:

• First shift (days)
• Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.)
