Job Description: alma Summer Soul Academy – Internship Program

This 9-week internship program (June 2nd – August 1st) provides students with an immersive experience in the daily operations of a modern culture marketing agency. Interns gain practical experience across various marketing mediums, including:

Digital campaigns
Print ads
TV commercials
Websites
Experiential design

The program includes:

Workshops
Networking opportunities
Real client projects (contributing to portfolio building)

A key component is a primary group project, presented to the entire agency at the program’s conclusion. The program culminates in exit interviews and evaluations during the final week.

Key Requirements:

• US-based students
• Upper-level undergraduate or master’s students
• Preference given to students receiving academic credit from a US university
• Availability to work primarily in the Miami office, especially for the final project presentation.

Work Details:

• Location: 2601 S. Bayshore Dr, Floor 4, Coconut Grove, Florida 33133
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Work Model: 3/2 Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) In-person presence required for the final project presentation.
