Job Description:

This is a 13-week summer internship (May 2025 – August 2025) within Delta Air Lines’ Business Strategy IT team. The team is responsible for leading the overall IT Transformation Program, International Team, and AIR4. The internship offers a chance to contribute to Delta’s IT transformation, aiming to make technology a competitive advantage. Interns will work from the Atlanta, GA headquarters, with most teams operating on a hybrid (partially on-site/partially remote) schedule, subject to management approval.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the assigned team, intern responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with corporate-level communications.
• Supporting employee engagement activities.
• Providing business transformation and change management support.
• Conducting business analysis.
• Performing data analytics.
• Offering technical support for the Information Technology organization.

The role involves working on projects that embrace new technology and ideas to create innovative solutions that help Delta connect the world better. Interns will be expected to learn different problem-solving approaches, adapt to changing priorities, demonstrate results-orientation, and be open to mentorship. There’s a strong emphasis on contributing to the company’s goal of making technology a competitive advantage. A full-time offer after graduation is possible.
