Job Description:

This is a 6-month internship (September 2, 2025 – March 6, 2026) within the PFS Finance department of a captive finance company. The role offers broad exposure to the finance team’s operations and the pricing function, providing real-world experience in applying financial knowledge and expertise. International candidates are accepted.

Position Overview: The intern will support various aspects of the PFS Finance department, gaining insights into the finance team’s role within the broader organization. A key component of the internship involves supporting the pricing function, learning how product offerings are positioned across Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti brands in the US and Canadian markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support and prepare presentations for monthly pricing strategy meetings, including associated analyses.
Assist with month-end financial reporting and close activities.
Assist in creating PFS Financial Planning submissions (budget, long-range planning).
Assist in preparing cost center budgets and inputs to the PFS SAP Planning Tool.
Support business case development and financial evaluation of strategic business initiatives.
Assist with ad-hoc data query and analysis requests for various PFS departments.

Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (strongly preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills (English fluency required). Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Preferred: Expertise in data analysis (experience with Microsoft SQL Server, VBA, and SAP preferred). Experience in a captive finance company or the auto industry is a plus. Aptitude and willingness to work with new software.

Schedule/Shift: 40 hours per week
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 15 pounds occasionally. The role involves talking, hearing, walking, sitting, standing, and occasional stair climbing, with prolonged periods spent sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The ability to work effectively in an open office/noisy environment is necessary.
